Add District logos to Report PDFs

ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software Admins can now specify a logo to appear in all Reports when printed to PDF format.

The logo file is selected via the Provider Admin screen using a standard file navigation dialogue screen. Once the file is uploaded and the Save button is selected, the logo will appear on the Provider Admin screen as well as in all Reports that are printed as PDF files.

The optimal logo dimensions in pixels is 60 high by up to 500 pixels wide.

Print PDF of Reservations Details screen

All ML Schedules™ Software users will now see a Print icon in the header of the Reservation Details page.

Selecting the Print icon will automatically generate a PDF of the displayed Reservation Details screen that can be saved to a local drive or emailed to a user.

Date Filters available for Reservation summary screens

Group Managers, District Admins and Reservation Managers of ML Schedules™ Software can select a date range in which to view Facility Requests that are approved, pending or declined.

Group Managers will find the Start and End Date Range fields on the My Reservations screen.

District Admins and Reservation Managers will find the fields on the Manage Reservations screen.

By default, the Start Date is today’s date and the End Date is set for 30 days from today.

Reserve Events on Blocked Dates

ML Schedules™ Software Admins and Reservation Managers can now reserve spaces on blocked dates such as a school club practice.

Optional Provider-Required Fields

ML Schedules™ Software Provider Admins can now make either or both of the following Facilities Request form fields mandatory for all submissions:

  • No. of People
  • Admission Charge/Use of Fee

These fields can now be set to the Required setting in the Provider Admin screen accessed from the Admin drop-down menu.

Note that these settings are made on a district-wide basis.
