Improved automated District Email handling

Two recent improvements were made in ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software’s automated email functionality:

  1. Recurring Requests: (1) email is now sent to Additional Notify district staff with all events generated from an approved recurring request instead of (1) email per event. This will reduce inbound email to Additionally Notify users.
  2. District Admin settings. Admins can now enter separate email addresses for the Contact Us and Request Classification fields when different staff members handle these functions.

See the ML Schedules™ Software Help blog for complete instructions.

New ML Schedules™ Provider Admin Settings

To help K12 school districts capture more data on Facility Use Request forms, ML Schedules™ Software is pleased to announce immediate availability of the following new Provider Admin fields:

  1. Do You Need Keys?
  2. Doors to be Unlocked?
  3. Purpose of Activity
  4. Person Responsible for Setup/Cleanup

Like all optional fields, ML Schedules™ Admins can opt to either Show or Hide these new fields on a district-wide basis.

See the ML Schedules™ Software Help blog for complete instructions.

Our thanks to the following school districts for suggesting these new fields:
