Allow Double Booking on Pending Requests

There are times when a school districts wants to allow multiple requests to be submitted for the same date/time/location while in the Pending Approval status. This gives district staff members the ability to choose which group is given the requested time slot and facility.

For these instances, ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software now offers an Allow Double Booking on Pending Requests feature for districts that use Group Classifications.

Note: Your district must use Classifications to use this feature that only District Admins can enable.

The Allow Double Booking on Pending Requests feature is a district-wide setting tied to specific Group Classifications such as internal school groups. Pending Requests with conflicts are easily resolved using a new Request Conflicts report.

Check the online Help site for more information or contact your ML Schedules™ Software representative for a demo.

This new ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software report displays a filterable listing of the prices for all spaces district wide or associated with a specific site (building).

In addition to displaying the space pricing for each district Classification, the space’s Default Hourly Rate is also displayed. This report makes it easy to see how much is being charged for each space by Group Classification all at once.
