ML Schedules™ Software lets district users with select permissions move a canceled Facility Request back to Pending.
ML Schedules™ Software now provides the ability to reactivate canceled Facility Use Requests and return them to Pending status.
This new feature is especially helpful when a Facility Use Request has been cancelled due to expired or non-existent Group insurance certificates. Once update insurance information has been uploaded and entered in the Group Profile, district users with the appropriate permissions can retrieve the group’s canceled Request and easily return it to pending for approval or other action.
An email is automatically sent to both the requestor and the first person in the space’s Request approval path when this new feature is used.

ML Schedules™ Software users now have two more options for Facility Use Requests including acknowledging space notes and the ability to cancel a Request.
New user features in the January release of ML Schedules™ Facility Use Request Software include:
- Required confirmation that you have read any Space Notes associated with your Request prior to submitting it for review and approval, and;
- The ability to cancel any Facility Use Request regardless of status (i.e., pending, on hold or approved).
